Privacy notice for the Shivaantha website.
Learn how Shivaantha handles website enquiries, email delivery, scheduling, and analytics, including browser privacy preferences and requests about your data.
Please do not send passwords, API keys, financial account details, health information, or confidential customer records through this website.
Information you choose to provide.
When you send an enquiry, we receive the details you enter: your name, company, email address, optional phone number, industry, company size, the service you are interested in, optional budget, timeline, and project description. We use this information only to respond to your enquiry and discuss a possible engagement.
If you contact us by email, phone, or WhatsApp, we receive the information you share through that channel. If you choose Copy or Download after sending, the copy is created on your own device by your browser.
How enquiries are delivered and stored.
Enquiry form submissions are sent as an email through Resend, an email delivery provider, to our inbox at shivaanthashiva@gmail.com (Google Gmail). The website itself does not keep a database of enquiries. We keep enquiry emails only as long as needed to respond and follow up, and delete them on request.
The website is hosted on Vercel, which processes technical request data such as IP addresses and browser information to deliver the site. We use the IP address of a form submission briefly to limit spam. WhatsApp conversations are subject to WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy.
Meeting scheduling.
When a booking link is available on the strategy-session page, it opens Cal.com or Calendly in a separate tab. We do not embed their calendar scripts here or send the enquiry form’s fields to the scheduling provider.
If you choose to book there, the provider and meeting organizer process the contact details, selected time, time zone, and answers you enter to arrange the meeting. Review that provider’s privacy notice before continuing. A request sent through our enquiry form is not a confirmed booking.
Website analytics and privacy preferences.
On the production site, Vercel Web Analytics provides aggregate page-view, referral, approximate location, and browser/device statistics without analytics cookies. Vercel processes technical request information to provide these statistics.
Our analytics integration only records published page paths. It removes query strings and fragments from page URLs and does not send enquiry fields or custom events. We do not load analytics when your browser enables Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. Analytics is disabled in local development and preview deployments.
What we don’t do.
- We don’t sell or rent your personal information.
- We don’t add you to marketing lists from an enquiry.
- We don’t send enquiry content to analytics or share it beyond the providers needed to deliver it.
- We don’t use your enquiry to train AI models.
